The number in any initial conversation is just an estimate. Once you send a detailed Job Description, you get a proposal with precise, scoped pricing, so treat the first number as a starting point, not final.
The quote covers the person (or people) and project oversight, so there's no separate management fee. Outside the quote: paid software licenses (two options: we invoice, or you buy and share access) and any pre-approved overtime.
What you receive upfront is an estimate, not a locked quote. If scope shifts mid-project, we'll set up a call to finalize the revised plan together before any additional work begins.
