What kind of design work does KDCI produce?

KDCI design teams handle production design at volume across five main categories: social and digital graphics, infographic and data design, website and email marketing, print and packaging, and presentation design. The model is a dedicated team working to your brand system under a KDCI team lead, with creative direction and final approval staying with you. Work is delivered print-ready or web-ready, with a documented QA pass before anything leaves the queue.

How we keep 10,000 assets on brand

Brands rarely break in one visible failure. They drift: a slightly wrong red here, a rebuilt template there, until nothing quite matches anymore. Volume only works when consistency is built into the system, not left to habit.

  • A singular asset systemMaster templates, shared components, locked brand elements and a single source of truth for logos, type, and color.
  • A file system anyone can followA clear way of naming and organizing every file, so any designer on the team can pick up a project without starting from scratch.
  • A QA scorecard before deliveryEvery asset is checked against the same rubric — brand compliance, technical spec, spelling, color profile — before designs go out.
  • A documented approval processWho approves what, how exceptions are requested, and where the decision is recorded. Creative direction stays with you.

FAQ

Questions about design production

What marketing and brand leads ask before bringing a production team in.

Yes, under NDA. Most design production is client-confidential, so named samples are shared during a scoping call rather than published. Ask for the categories closest to your work — product silos, packaging artwork, lifecycle email or campaign banners — and we will prepare a relevant sample set before the call.

Through an asset system rather than through individual judgment. Master templates, locked brand elements, a documented file architecture and a QA scorecard applied before delivery mean the tenth thousand asset is built the same way as the first. Creative direction and final approval stay with the client team.

KDCI design teams work in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma as standard, and deliver in whatever format your downstream process needs: layered source files, print-ready PDFs with correct color profiles, web-optimized exports, or components pushed directly into your design system.

A design team is typically producing supervised output in week one and running at full pace by week three. Speed depends on how well your brand rules are documented. If they are not documented, KDCI can build the asset system and style guide as the first deliverable, which usually takes two to three weeks.
