Questions about the retainer.
Yes. Our Creative Services Retainer starts at USD 1,400 a month as a minimum, regardless of seat count. Below that, a one-off Project-Based engagement is usually a better fit, and we're happy to point you there.
The fixed monthly rate covers your designer(s) and full oversight from a Client Services Manager, so there's no separate management charge. The only two things billed outside it: paid software licenses (either we invoice you for them or you buy and share credentials) and any overtime, which is always pre-approved before it's worked and billed at their hourly rate.
We're flexible on this. Reach out to your Client Services Manager and we'll work out an arrangement that fits how your workload actually moves, rather than a fixed default policy.
Yes. Send a creative brief and files, and we'll turn around test work first, so you're not committing on trust alone.
Every designer is certified by our Design Leads before assignment, then held to ongoing KPIs on productivity, accuracy, and quality. We check this continuously, not just at the start.
